We’d love to share resources with you that are designed to support you in whatever situation you are in.
The Northland Human Services Directory website was created and is maintained by the Northland Community Services Coalition. This Directory lists helpful contact information and resources that are available in Clay, Platte, and Ray Counties in Missouri. We hope this information will raise your awareness about some of the not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, and services that are available to you. Prayer requests are shared with the Prayer Team, a group of volunteers and a few staff members who have a deep passion for prayer. This team serves Hope Church by praying alongside you, in the situation you are personally experiencing.

The C.A.R.E. Fund benefits individuals and families within Hope Church, as well as their friends and families outside the church. The purpose of the C.A.R.E. (Crisis Aid, and Resources for Emergencies) Fund is to assist people in need through the generosity of our church family.
